Andrew Olaleye is the Editor of Scaling Support. He is also one of the co-founders of Chatdesk, a New York based provider of software solutions for improving customer experience and scaling support teams.

Andrew was previously a manager at McKinsey & Company, a leading global management & strategy consultancy. In his time there, Andrew led projects related to optimizing call center operations and customer experience design.

Earlier in his career, Andrew held roles at Vanguard Group and Colgate Palmolive. He received his MBA from Dartmouth College.
